Vaccinated Staff- OYO 78868 West Inn 2

I accidentally chose the wrong date when booking through goibibo. Reception said I could stay the next day, but when I arrived today, they told me there were no rooms. It's about keeping a commitment, not the money. Don't visit.

The phone number listed for WEST INN 2 on Google led me to a scam. They asked me to pay an advance of Rs. 244 and confirmed my room, but when I checked directly with the hotel, they denied the booking. Later, OYO rooms called and said my reservation was actually at a cheap hotel, not the one listed on Google. I lost the booking amount and had to stay at a cheap-class hotel. Please check the number listed for WEST INN 2 on Google. People trust Google, and OYO rooms misled us with fake numbers. We stayed for four days, and Jagjit Sir in particular was really nice to us. The reception staff were sweet, and the room was clean and comfortable with great service. They have their own kitchen, so meals weren't a worry. Everything is available nearby, and it's close to Chandigarh University. A perfect place to stay when visiting Kharar. Thanks for such a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and satisfactory overall, but finding the place could be easier. West Inn 2 needs a sign where the flyover begins, pointing out the U-turn ahead, especially since the hotel starts up a narrow staircase inside the complex on the highway. There was no welcome water, jug, toilet soap, or towel in the room, and even a glass was missing. I had to ask for water and a glass. The TV remote wasn't there either, perhaps because staff were worried it might get lost or stolen, and they didn't know where it was.
