It didn't feel very family friendly to me, more suitable for men. The rooms could also use much better upkeep.

Kiruthika Comforts is in a central spot in Channarayapatna, and the outside looks really nice. The building and layout also seem well planned, and most rooms were empty when I visited on an official trip. But the cleaning fell short: the floor, bed, bedspread, and pillow covers didn't look good. They said hot water would be available in the morning, but there wasn't any early on. After I called and asked, they brought it in a separate bucket. The room price is high for the facilities, which need improvement. That's my suggestion to the management. Thank you.

I stayed for about five days and had a quiet, cool stay. There's a TV, but no cable connection. For a place like Channarayapatna, this is a decent hotel, and I think families could stay here too. I'd more or less recommend it.

The staff were rude, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. There's no cable for the TV or geyser. At 1200, it costs too much for a non-AC room.
