I got a clean, decent room on the first floor, room 102, with a clean bathroom and a geyser for hot water. The air conditioning was excellent, so the property was good overall. The main downside was the TV, which had only regional language channels and was hard to watch while in the room. They serve breakfast too. I didn’t use the WiFi, so I can’t comment on it.

This felt more like a PG than a hotel. You have to ask for everything, even water in your room. They refill used plastic Aquafina bottles with RO water and give them to guests. Breakfast was cold and below par, and they won’t serve it unless you ask. It comes to the room because there’s no kitchen area. The TV only had 14 default South Indian government channels, with no dish connection. There was no fridge or electric kettle, and no power backup. The power went out twice for half an hour in one day. They also didn’t clean the room every day.

The rooms were noisy, between two main roads, with a petrol pump on one side, and I couldn’t sleep well at all. We arrived at 7.30 AM on 16.01.18 for a two-day booking for two families. The front desk wasn’t helpful: we needed a washroom and chairs, but there were no chairs, and the washroom was a very small room that couldn’t be opened from inside. I asked the owner for a hot water kettle because my wife needed to gargle. The owner told the manager to provide one, but it never came, even though the hotel had several kettles. The workers were rude, and I won’t return or recommend the hotel. On 19.11.2018, the owners suggested I contact the support team. Sir, your two most responsible workers are the worst and behave rudely. The hotel’s rating won’t improve unless they’re changed. They’re spoiling the hotel and disobeying your instructions.

It’s in a prime spot, and the room and toilet were very clean. The linen had some stains, though. Breakfast was included and arrived on time. My stay was good overall, but if you want a peaceful night, choose another hotel.
