The beds were dirty, the room smelled bad, and there were lots of bed bugs. I couldn’t rest comfortably. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and the door locks had serious problems that made the room feel unsafe. The restroom was poorly maintained and had no proper ventilation, despite this being an AC room. I can’t say what the non-AC rooms are like, but based on my stay I wouldn’t recommend the place. Rs 1500 wasted.

The room cleaning was awful. Even after I checked into a different room, there was hair on the bed. This hotel ruined my experience, and I’m never booking it again.

Way too expensive, and the room itself didn’t have a good feel. Cockroaches were crawling around the room they gave me. First they showed me a room they said had just been cleaned, but cigarette smoke and a smell came out as soon as they opened the door. They wouldn’t allow even a 30-minute grace period to leave, then charged me 200rs for being 40 minutes late.

I paid 5k for two days, including 1000rs extra on top of what I’d paid online, and the room wasn’t worth even 10% of that. They wouldn’t accept the online payment and wouldn’t give me the key until I paid more, telling us to wait. Since we’d already paid part of it online, there was no option to cancel once we got there. The classic room they gave me was so tiny you could hardly walk around. The photos online were fake, and I couldn’t find pictures of my actual room in the listing. The location was very bad too. They didn’t provide a water bottle, but sold one litre bottles for 30 rs when they cost 20 rs outside. It all felt like cheating.

An overpriced, awful place, and not suitable for families. They seem focused only on money. You can’t even get water. They’re running the hotel for some other awful services.
