Room upkeep really needs work. We booked three rooms, and only one was decent. The sheets were dirty and the toilets hadn't been cleaned properly. Two rooms had no working lock for securing the door from outside when we went out. We asked to switch rooms, but the replacement had the same lock problem. The staff were decent, though.

For a one-night stay, it was a good experience. The rooms were spacious and the staff were good, but the stained bedsheet and general cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast was complimentary, though it could use some improvement. The hotel is on the highway, behind Domino’s along the service road.

The AC in the room we booked wasn't working. The bathroom was dirty, with gutkha spit on it, and the water knobs were damaged. The room and bed were dirty too. The door locks didn't work properly, and holes in the doors made them easy to unlock from outside.

The room smelled awful, and part of the roof was broken and leaking. They didn't even leave a water bottle in the room. We booked for two days but left after just one. At reception, with our luggage, we were charged extra because the room prices were different from the listed rates. The staff weren't helpful and just said, “It’s like this here, ma’am.” I'm not sure how this place shows a 4.1 Google rating. I wouldn't plan to stay here.

The bedsheets were stained, and water from the AC drained from above into the bathroom, leaving it constantly wet and dirty. They wouldn't change the sheets because it wasn't the scheduled time for housekeeping.
