I stayed for two nights and the rooms were pathetic: dirty sheets, cockroaches of all sizes, mosquitoes, and no hot water. When I asked for mosquito liquid, the person at reception wouldn’t give it to me. We checked in at night and didn’t have time to inspect the sheets, but when we raised it in the morning, they said they’d move us to another room by 2 pm. Nothing happened. Then they claimed no rooms were available, although I could see rooms online. They also said they wouldn’t give me a room even if I booked online. The receptionist was very rude. Better to look at other options with good ratings.

The room was infested with cockroaches and the restroom smelled bad. With Hyderabad around 10 degrees, we asked for hot bath water, but the staff said they couldn’t provide it and that it wasn’t their problem. They used foul language and started shouting at us. A horrible experience with very rude staff.

The room had cockroaches, especially on the bed, and the sheets weren’t clean. The receptionist gave no proper information and wouldn’t answer when I asked for anything. Their treatment of customers was very bad, and the service was extremely poor. I booked online at a lower price, but they demanded at least 1000 for the room. Worst experience with the staff.

They charge customers extra. If you book through Oyo, they ask for twice the original Oyo price, and their behavior toward customers is very rude. Worst hotel.
