Hotel Suprabhat Residency

What the app shows doesn't match what they actually give you. Our room was filthy and smelled so bad it ruined the mood. The sheets and pillows were dirty, the sink was broken, and the foot mat was disgusting. The staff were unprofessional, too. I booked online but was told I needed a booking printout and a copy of my Aadhar card. Without them, they wanted me to go out and get a printout, even though they have a printer. They didn't know how to use it, then argued with me about it for half an hour. Don't come here.

A staff member used our private washroom without permission. That was a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. The room wasn't maintained well, and cleanliness and service were both far below expectations. I expected basic professionalism and respect for guests' privacy, but this hotel failed badly. Management should train staff on proper conduct. I'm not staying here again.

The staff were rude and got into arguments with guests. The room was extremely untidy, with cockroaches and stained bedsheets that were never cleaned or changed. They wouldn't even sweep unless asked, and dirt was still left behind. Nothing in the bathroom worked properly, and it was untidy too. The AC didn't work, and water kept leaking. They didn't provide even a glass of water. I've never had a more disappointing hotel stay. Doesn't deserve one star.

There was no jet spray in the toilet, the flush was broken, and they didn't even provide shampoo. The towels and sheets were bleached white and gave me rashes and irritation. Other problems included a fan with no regulator, an LED that didn't work properly, no All Out, no intercom or bell, no water jug, and no hangers. The rooms are very poor quality and the service needs to improve.
