This room works for our budget when we travel for work, despite a few minor issues. The staff are efficient, and the food is good, though the prices are high. If you want a decent room, it may help to speak with them beforehand. What you see online and what you hear in person can differ, so you can discuss things with the hotel after booking online.

The reception area looked nice, but the receptionist was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. Staff in general seemed uninterested in helping, and they delayed or ignored complaints. The atmosphere felt neglected and uncomfortable, and the stay wasn't worth the money. Maintenance was very poor: rooms weren't cleaned properly and fittings were broken. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I'd strongly advise people to avoid it until the upkeep, staff behavior, and guest service improve seriously.

The photos online gave a misleading impression of the room. Inside, cleanliness and upkeep were extremely disappointing: the bathroom was unhygienic, the toilet seat cover was broken, and the bed was uncomfortable. Its springs kept making noise and disturbed our sleep. I had a very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the hotel makes major improvements.
