The staff were rude and unhelpful, making excuses instead of fixing problems. Hygiene was poor too: stained bedsheets, a bad smell in the bathroom, and cleaning that seemed completely overlooked. The AC or fan either didn't work properly or made so much noise that I couldn't sleep. I also felt unsure about safety and privacy, which is concerning. For what they charge, the service and facilities are unacceptable. This was one of my worst hotel stays, and I wouldn't recommend it. Think twice before booking, since there are much better options.

The breakfast was a real treat, especially the South Indian dishes and snacks. The staff were so generous, too, and made our daughter smile by bringing her a watermelon cut into a heart. Service was excellent throughout. Really lovely.

Saptagiri made our Hyderabad visit a great one. The food was good at every meal, especially the vegetarian options, and the service was just as good. The hotel was clean, and the bus service was a big plus. I’m completely satisfied and will book here again next time I’m in Hyderabad. A happy customer from Mumbai.

This place might work for a work trip, but I wouldn't choose it for a family stay. The property is old, amenities are lacking, and the staff don't seem properly trained. Breakfast was a very poor spread. There wasn't even a doormat by the bathroom. When I asked, they handed me a used towel cut down to about handkerchief size, too small for both feet. After the first night I asked for the room to be cleaned, but it hadn't been done when I got back at 3. I reminded them again before leaving at 6, and when I returned at 2 in the morning, it still hadn't been cleaned.

The food was amazing, and our room was clean and well kept. Hotel Saptagiri also met our expectations, with the station close by. We had a very comfortable stay.
