The room was crawling with cockroaches, the restroom was dirty, the linen was filthy, and there was mould on the walls. The floor hadn't even been swept or vacuumed, and they didn't provide drinking water. I only managed to sleep for a little while before moving out the next morning. I checked in around 11:50 pm for two nights, but the place looked dingy even from outside. The cab driver who dropped me off was surprised this was where I planned to stay. At reception, the staff were busy playing games on their phones instead of helping guests. I don't know if the reviews are fake, but the photos on the listing didn't match what I found. I sent OYO photos and videos and reported everything, but they did nothing and wouldn't take responsibility. It took several calls just to reach a person, which makes me wonder what would happen in an emergency. The property was awful and OYO's response was horrible. Both should be held accountable for the poor service and inconvenience.

The staff were extremely arrogant, and this isn't the kind of service I expect from OYO. The room itself was in very poor condition: the sheets were dirty, the toilet flush and health faucet didn't work, and the AC wasn't working either.

The bed linen was stained and clearly unwashed, and there were shoe marks on the walls. The room was filthy, with paint peeling off, while the bathroom was tiny, about the size of a matchbox, and had no washbasin. Getting in means climbing a shaky iron staircase. The photos on their account are old and don't show the current condition. I've stayed in places better than this so-called hotel. Pathetic, 0 out of 10. I have no idea what kind of people stayed here.

The staff were friendly and supportive, and the area was great. My group of 14 college friends and I had a really good time. The rooms and service were amazing, and we had no complaints. Definitely worth a visit.
