The rooms are decent and the staff are friendly. A good enough place if you're staying for 1 or 2 days.

The room was neat and clean, and the location is very good. Gagan was active and cooperative. You can come and stay at anytime.

There was no proper reception, and the service felt cheap and unprofessional. The so-called "manager" was uncooperative and refused to refund us, even though we stayed just one night out of the 10 days booked. He dismissed our concerns rudely and aggressively, saying, *"Go tell whoever you want; I’m not giving you anything back."* The room was filthy, with bedbugs, unwashed linens, and washrooms that looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for years. It was extremely unhygienic and unfit to stay in. The place also felt poorly maintained and unsafe. The structure seemed flimsy, like cardboard boxes, and the shower didn't work properly. They didn't provide drinking water. It's particularly unsafe for females, with a wine shop directly below the building. To reach the lift, you have to walk through a dim underground parking lot that feels dark and frightening. Overall, a terrible stay with pathetic rooms, unprofessional staff, and an unsafe environment.

I booked through Oyo and told them in advance that my check-in would be at 7 am, but at first there were no rooms available. After I pushed them and explained the pre-booking, they asked us to wait 30 minutes while they cleaned a room. I got to see it in the meantime, and it was damn shit, completely different from the pictures.
