The hotel is above a bar, and the staff are very rude to customers. They don't provide basic things like a towel, brush, shampoo, or soap.

I paid the full amount, but the hotel management demanded extra money before giving me the keys. A terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

There's a bar downstairs, so I wouldn't recommend this place for families. The maintenance is terrible, there's no lift, and the staff are rude. The reception guy was fine, but the housekeeping guy was very rude. Nothing about the hotel was good.

The location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, but the hotel rents are high for such poor service. The rooms are shoddy and the bathrooms leak everywhere. The entrance was a big shock. My mother noticed the linens and pillows hadn't been washed after the previous guests and objected to it. Service was poor, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. OYO seems like a fraud company.
