I was here for more than 15 days. The rooms need maintenance, and cleaning wasn't up to the mark. My experience might have been worse if I hadn't met Ramzan. He took good care of me and was well behaved and trained. I think he deserves a manager's post.

There wasn't even a geyser, and room service was basically absent. The promised amenities weren't provided, and the bed linen was dirty and still wasn't changed after I asked. They also argued that I should pay 100 more even though I'd booked and paid online through Oyo. I sorted it out by calling Oyo's complaints line while there. Worst experience.
