OYO 14726 Hotel Vaishnavi park

I was shocked that Agoda is connected to this hotel. I booked through them expecting a good property, but the rooms were unclean, damp on the walls, and had damaged furniture and dirty bed linen. They first gave me a room that allowed smokers. The toilets were worse than municipal toilets, and so filthy I can't describe them.

The staff service was five-star, which I really liked, but the hotel itself wasn't. The rooms were in a drastic state and the washrooms were extremely dirty.

The entrance looked awful, as the screenshots show, and the lift never started working even though I was told at check-in it would be running within 30 minutes. I was also given a third-floor room with a dead geyser after I'd specifically told the staff I needed one that worked. It's hard to believe they didn't know it had been disconnected. They offered a coil heater instead, which didn't feel safe. I had to ask several times before they brought it, and staff never answered my calls, so every time I needed help I had to go down to reception. I was charged 100% while half the promised services weren't working. The whole thing felt misleading. Is OYO just a booking platform, or does it stand behind what its hotels promise? How does it compensate guests when those services aren't provided? From this experience, it looks like customers are being scammed. Check the room before paying. If things don't work, leave instead of trusting false promises. It's a scam.

No water in the bathrooms, slippery water on the floor, and a broken bathroom door made the stay feel dangerous. The rooms and bathrooms were filthy, with awful beds, a broken ceiling, and an AC that didn't work. A scary experience.
