SPOT ON 80478 Hotel Baba Classic

Really bad, not recommended. The shower had what looked like gorillas, and gutter water came out of it. The bathroom was so tiny I couldn't even stand inside. I ordered chicken and got a live hen, and there were mountain lions outside my window. The service wasn't proper either.

You have to follow their timing rules, even though they don't seem to do their duty. If you enter the room at 2:00 pm, you're expected to leave at 2:00 pm; otherwise the receptionist asks for another 300 for one hour and speaks rudely. Such awful behaviour. She doesn't even know how to treat students.

The hotel is easy to reach on foot from Secunderabad railway station, less than a kilometre away, and the bus stand is just outside the station. There are great shops nearby with affordable prices, plus roadside food. The hospitality was very good and the rates affordable. The rooms are neat and clean, though don't expect a premium look. It's a good shopping area for middle-class people.

The market area is crowded and the roads are very narrow, and there’s no parking. I booked through GoIbibo. If all you need is a place to sleep, it may do, but bring your own sheets and blankets because theirs were dirty. They provided no soap, shampoo, or other toiletries, just a bucket, a mug, and a separate mug for the Indian-style commode. Cheap price, cheap experience.
