We paid and booked online, including breakfast, but the hotel refused to honor the reservation and asked us for extra cash. We were left waiting there for hours late at night without help or a solution. They also didn’t provide the breakfast included in the booking. Very poor management and completely unacceptable. Avoid this place.
4/10
The room was good and the AC worked, and the reception staff were kind. But the bed linen was a mess: the sheet, pillowcase, and comforter all had dirt marks and looked poorly washed or overused. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly either, with hair left by previous guests, and the shower head was revolting and had turned green. It needs renovation. At best, I’d call this a 2/5 stay.
8/10
The rooms are good, but the service is really poor. They don’t deliver what they promised beforehand.
6/10
I stayed for two nights. Everything else was okay, but the TV didn’t work. They said they’d move me to another room, then never did. They even charged me when I asked for an empty plate, which I’d never experienced before. The bed linen wasn’t very clean either.
6/10
The room is okay, but it isn’t very clean. With proper upkeep, it could offer three-star service. Good luck.
