I had moved here after first booking another hotel in Fab, and this one wasn't worth what they charged. The room was in poor condition: broken switches, a dim light, and the AC and TV both out of order. The shower didn't work, and the bed creaked loudly. The washroom was dirty, as were the cloth hanger and tap. Very disappointing.

They opened our door with a master key while we were inside, without knocking. That felt unsafe, especially for families, couples, and women. The receptionist claimed to be the manager, but I don't think he actually was, and he came across as irresponsible. He simply apologized and said it was a management mistake that wouldn't happen again. I don't know how many times this may have happened before. The cameras weren't working either. Think carefully before choosing this place; we wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we did.

The hotel in Bellandur was handy for the major business hubs and had excellent amenities. Staff were very cooperative, which made my stay more pleasant.
8/10
A comfortable stay, with a decent room and good service. Everything was well maintained, and the staff were helpful.

I stayed here before when the amenities weren't very good, but the management has changed since then. Now the rooms feel cozy and comfortable, and the facilities have improved a lot. The prices are budget-friendly, so it's a reliable option in this area.
