Treebo Premium Metropolis

Getting to the hotel from the railway station was easy, and online cabs and the metro made it accessible even though it isn't in a prime location. We were happy with our family stay with kids and elders. The building is a bit old, and the linen and towels are too, but they were washed well and smelled nice. The spacious room had good AC, a small fridge, and a kettle. Breakfast was a vegetarian buffet with eggs, bread, and cornflakes. Staff, especially in the dining area, were quick to help whenever we needed them.

The staff were courteous, and the large bathroom had hot water the whole time. Toiletries were provided without any complaints. The room felt premium despite its older style, and it was spacious and well designed. The mattress was on the firm side, which suited me. Breakfast didn't have many options, but it was hygienic and tasty. I was happy with the stay.

I've never had this happen before, but I was affected by bed bugs while sleeping. Providing a clean room before check-in should be a basic responsibility. They charged 2900/- and the stay wasn't worth that.

We booked the Maple Room at The Treebo Premium Metropolis and got complimentary breakfast with it. The food was tasty, and the manager and staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was clean and well kept, with a king-size bed, a desk and rolling chair, plus a small glass table and another chair. I liked having a mini fridge. There was also a smart TV, two bottles of mineral water, tea, coffee, milk powder, and an electric kettle. The bathroom was good, although the hand shower handle was broken at first and was fixed quickly with the daily room service. The door lock was a little difficult to close.
