I stayed here recently with friends, and the reception and customer support really let the experience down. They were unhelpful and kept referring to hotel policies that hadn’t been shared or mentioned on the booking website. Because we’d booked through a third-party platform, staff wouldn’t assist and sent us back and forth between the hotel and the booking site. That lack of coordination and hospitality was disappointing for a star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting customer-friendly service. The rooms were average, with some dirt around the windows, though housekeeping kept the bedding clean and serviced the rooms daily.

The rooms were good and the place was clean, but dealing with the front desk was a bad experience. We booked through a third-party app and had additional requests, yet staff seemed unwilling to accommodate any of them. Their policies and communication weren’t clear, and they didn’t seem aligned with the app either. For every request, they sent us back to the third party, even though we were asking about facilities belonging to the hotel. They pointed to policies that didn’t appear to include those restrictions and showed no discretion. Be prepared for unnecessary extra charges and arguments. The hassle made the stay not worth it. If booking directly, make sure all the details are stated correctly, and please don’t use a third-party app.

Being right by Paradise and the market made this hotel’s location great. I stayed for three days in a room on the third floor and really enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious, the food is amazing, and breakfast comes as a great buffet. The staff were very good, and you can get rooms with a view of the city. I’ve been to Hyderabad often and used to struggle to find a good stay, so this was a welcome change.

The food had good variety and quality, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Staff were very courteous and ready to help, while room service was prompt and efficient. The hospitality made the stay really enjoyable. 😊
