The bathroom was in terrible shape, with broken accessories and no proper cleaning. The sheet and window covering were dirty too. We forgot a water bottle outside our room and asked reception to hold onto it, but they didn’t give it back the next day. Staff kept asking about trips whenever I went out, and I felt really uncomfortable with that behavior. I wouldn’t choose this place again, especially for a family with women, since we didn’t feel safe. Worst hotel I’ve seen 😏😔

The location is good, but you can find a decent hotel for under 1500. The room I booked here was tiny, the AC barely worked, and the washroom was dirty. There were insects and cockroaches too. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room smelled bad and was full of mosquitoes, and they couldn’t even provide an All Out. The AC leaked water into the room, and its remote didn’t work, so I had to ask reception to turn it on. I booked through MakeMyTrip, but there wasn’t an AC remote in the room. In short, it was worse than that hotel in the lanes of Ratalam in the movie Jab we met.

The one helpful person I met was a Muslim man at reception. The room itself was tiny and overpriced, and I saw cockroaches crawling around in it. The bathroom was dirty too. It looked as if they only cleaned the floor; the taps and other spots seemed not to have been cleaned in years, even since installation. The cleaning lady and other attendants kept asking for money, so don’t give them anything.

I felt very uneasy about the owner opening our room without us knowing. We'd left a water bottle outside while going out and called reception to ask them to keep it. Instead, the owner used a spare key to enter and put it inside without our permission. Earlier, staff quoted 1800rs for a suite, then changed the rate to 2100rs a day. The owner was rude and seemed money minded. I don't think families, especially those with women, can feel safe here, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone in India.
