OYO 16428 Hotel Vaishnavi Inn

The room had cockroaches, and when we asked for plates or spoons to eat lunch or dinner in the room, they didn't have proper ones. We booked through the OYO app with a good discount, but at arrival the receptionist demanded more than the confirmed OYO price and refused OYO Pay. Very unprofessional. It made for an unpleasant stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room had no ventilation or proper hygiene, with bed bugs and cockroaches throughout. The beds and sheets were stained, and you could see the pillow colour. The staff were rude and arrogant. One of the worst hotels I've visited.

I had already paid, so I stayed the night and left early in the morning. The rooms looked old and below standard, and I couldn't tell if the sheets and other bedding were new or used. The bathroom door wouldn't lock. There were lots of small cockroaches roaming around, and reception gave a careless answer when I asked about them. Enough was enough.

The location is good and the price reasonable, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless management improves its customer service. I booked through mistay.in and stayed one day. The rooms were unclean, and the bed was just springs with no cushion. Breakfast was included with the online booking, but the manager simply refused food, saying there was no restaurant. The receptionist was harsh and irresponsible. I was extremely disappointed.
