We arrived around 1 am with kids and women in the family, and there was nowhere else for us to go at that hour. Even though I had booked three rooms and paid in full, they wouldn't give them at the price I had paid and demanded twice as much. I asked them to consider our situation, but they didn't. They said Oyo was accepting bookings too cheaply and causing them a loss, and told me to take it up with customer care instead of discussing it with them. After I paid another 2000, they handed over keys to non-AC rooms. I wouldn't encourage anyone to stay at a hotel like this.

Way too many bugs. Bad place, please don't visit.

We didn't get a room despite booking and paying through OYO, so our stay was very short. They refused to offer one because we wouldn't pay extra. The receptionist was unruly and uncooperative. After an experience like that, I'd tell people to avoid staying here.

They wanted more money than the amount for the room I'd booked, and the staff didn't help. Their behavior toward customers was poor. A really awful stay, I wouldn't come here.

We went with family and had a really bad experience. It was very hard to communicate because the receptionist didn't know Hindi or English. Oyo showed a rate of 500 rupees per room, but at the hotel the receptionist first said they don't give rooms to Oyo customers. Then the quoted price changed from 1500 to 1800 after five minutes of talking. That felt very unethical. A bad experience.
