I only wanted a clean room and could manage without the extras, but there were so many cockroaches that I had to have the room sprayed and leave for a while. The listing says air conditioning is available, but nowhere did I see that Classic rooms have no AC. I chose Classic and only found out afterward, and they couldn't show me where that was stated. It also mentions power backup without saying it's limited. During a power cut of around 8 on Dusshera night, it lasted less than two hours. The terms felt misleading and the place was gross. There aren't many hotels in the area, so I took a chance and learned the hard way. Definitely not for families. Absolutely no.

The floor was awful, the bed was dirty, and the washroom was extremely dirty. The staff were very rude. I dealt with Mr. Srikanth. Worst hotel in all of Hyderabad.

There was hair all over the bedsheet, cockroaches and bed bugs in the room, and no cleaning. The bathrooms weren't cleaned either. Worst hotel. They also took extra money from us.

The room was badly infested with cockroaches. When I complained, the manager sprayed room freshener. Facilities were very limited. It's okay if you need somewhere immediately.

The service was awful, the rooms weren't good, and the staff behaved badly. They only let us into the rooms after asking for extra money.
