We were 22 people, and the rooms were good and clean. The roadside location was convenient, and the manager and owner were good. The only issue was that they didn't give us rooms on the 1st floor, even though they knew many of us were senior citizens and we'd told them when booking. Rooms were available on the 1st floor.

The location makes getting around easy, with Secunderabad railway station and Secunderabad East Metro station both very close. The rooms are new and clean, and there’s a geyser in the bathroom. Reception was good too. I gave it 3 stars because there’s no lift, which makes the stairs difficult for older people, and there’s no TV in the room. At ₹1100 a night for a non-AC room, I expected those basics.

For under 1k, it’s a decent room near Secunderabad railway station. The location is the best part, right next to Secunderabad south metro station. There’s a tea stall downstairs, and an udipi hotel is an easy walk away.

Everything I needed was close by, with tea, coffee, and snacks available right below the hotel. I stayed for 10 days and had a great experience at PSV Grand. The rooms were nice, and the staff were good, especially the owner, who was a very kind gentleman.
