After travelling a long way, we were left stranded at the door, which was mentally exhausting and humiliating. We had a confirmed booking, but the hotel rejected us on arrival and wouldn't refund us. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate, with no empathy, explanation, or effort to help. It felt like complete mismanagement and zero accountability. Turning guests away and keeping their money is unethical. If you care about your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away. There are plenty of better hotels in Hyderabad, and this place deserves zero stars.

The receptionist was rude and arrogant, showing no respect even to elders. We arrived late at night and weren't given towels. The toilet smelled awful, and the room didn't match the online pictures or the standard I expected. It was just a standard room, though we'd booked the fortune room online. We stayed only 8 hrs with family and paid rs. 6000. This was my worst stay here.

The staff were helpful and professional, and what stood out most was their honesty. The location is extremely good. My single room could have been bigger, but it was clean and hygienic, and the complimentary breakfast was good.

The room was decent, but there were ants near the wardrobe and watermarks all over the washroom. The bath tub wasn't up to the mark either. They could do better with the cleanliness.
