Kjr Centre by OYO Rooms

The rooms were unhygienic, with dirty bathrooms, despite my advance payment for six rooms. The management experience was disastrous. Since cancellation options are limited, I'd strongly recommend inspecting the rooms carefully before paying. The lack of proper maintenance was unacceptable.

A safe place to stay, and especially good for couples.

The rooms had a very strong, unpleasant smell, and the bathrooms were dirty and broken. The service was awful and the place was unhygienic. Even for a six-room booking, they would refund only half or less, even if you cancelled the morning after booking. I can't recommend it.

There was no power backup, and with no receptionist available at all times, it was hard to get help. Staff were shockingly rude. They wouldn't accept OYO online payment, and there wasn't even basic water or soap. The washrooms were dirty too. Despite having valid reasons to ask for a refund, I got none. The whole stay was a nightmare, easily the worst I've had. I'd tell people to avoid this place.
