The welcome, reception, service, interiors, and ambience were all fine. Please work on improving the taste of the food.

After work, we went to Hotel kinara Grand with a colleague. The food didn't taste good, and even the simple starters took 50 minutes. I wouldn't recommend it.

We had lunch at the restaurant. The food was average and the ambience felt very dull. Better lighting could improve the hotel's standards.

The mutton biryani arrived at room temperature, and there was hair in it. The service guy had a name plate, but the assistant table Manager didn't, so I couldn't mention his name. A really bad experience.

The food was a major disappointment, with no taste, and the biryani we ordered never came even after we asked several times. We waited a long time for the food that did arrive. Service was poor too. The waiters didn't understand Telugu and spent more time chatting among themselves than serving customers. I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant, but this was utterly disappointing and not what I'd expect from a place like this.
