There was no service, and even water wasn't provided in the room. The place was unhygienic and full of mosquitoes. Rooms weren't maintained, the wardrobe was in such bad shape we couldn't store our belongings in it, and the blanket had stains. Staying here was a mistake.

For tea or coffee, expect to wait at least half an hour. There is no intercom, restaurant, or kitchen, and the mobile number for room service is usually busy. You have to ask for even basic things like towels, soap, and water. A very bad experience.

I really liked the rooms. They're nice, and having a kitchen of your own with plenty of things like spoons was useful. The WiFi is free too. Overall, it's good. 👍

After a tiring train journey, they kept us waiting for over an hour. I'd booked a deluxe room online and paid the full amount, but they showed us a terrible room. When we refused to stay and asked to check out and get a refund, they rudely refused. The staff behavior was the worst. I'm really angry and disappointed.

The hotel has no lift, the room was in very bad condition, and there was no mirror or hanger. The location was very bad too. Management wouldn't give a proper reply, and the room photos online were fake. Booking online was a total waste of money. Be very careful if you have kids.
