The rooms are clean, hygienic, and very comfortable, so it’s a good place to stay with family. I also appreciated the taste and quality of the hotel food.

A pleasant, really nice stay. The staff were very humble, and all the services were good.

I stayed at 7seven Luxuary Hotel and found the experience extremely disappointing. The room looked nothing like the online photos, and the cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. There were stains and marks on the walls, loose and unsafe switchboards, and a chipped, damaged wooden door laminate. The bathroom mirror edges were broken and rusted, while the showerhead and towel rack were old and corroded. The toilet area looked unhygienic, with poor sealing and stains, and there were water leakage marks on the floor. Behind the bed, I saw exposed screws and broken fittings. The whole room felt unclean and not maintained. For the price, this standard is unacceptable. The hotel needs renovation, better housekeeping, and quality control. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless management improves the property.

A very good stay, with nice food. Had a good experience and would recommend it.
