The staff were helpful. When I asked for water or a towel, it arrived within a few minutes, and the shower had good hot water. The continental breakfast was pretty good, though I saw roaches crawling beside the food as I approached the counter. I’m from the USA and have stayed in all kinds of hotels around the world. This was my first trip to India, so my expectations weren’t high, which is why I gave 3 stars. In the USA, I’d have given it 1. I stayed from 2/2 to 2/9th of 2026, on the 5th floor in room #515, and found roaches every day. The window wouldn’t close completely for some reason. This area and its buildings are generally old, and this was still one of the better hotels I could find nearby, though I think they could do better.

The location is great, and the rooms are decent and kept clean. The furniture is very old, which gives the place a retro feel. There’s a mini fridge, safe, Shoe rack, wardrobe, and study table. The mattress is a bit firm, and the linen is average.

Please think twice before visiting after December 2025. We booked a table for 14, and they agreed, but they later gave us different tables and handed our slots to other customers. It was a family party, so being split up was one of the worst parts. We had to ask for water five times and waited 10 minutes for it. The service is so poor now that I wouldn’t recommend coming back, even though this place used to be good in 2023. Please wash the dishes and serve clean plates. And use branded mineral water instead of unknown brands like WOY. Without good service, it’s a waste of a visit.

I’d definitely stay again at Royal Reve Hotel, Secunderabad. The location is super convenient near the railway station, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and attentive, breakfast had a good spread, and service was quick. Great value for money!

I stayed at this hotel for 2N+3D in Oct'25 and was fully satisfied with the rooms, services, compliments and food. The staff were very polite and helpful. Honestly, it was a great experience.
