We paid ₹20,000 upfront for a booking made through Goibibo a week before our stay, but arrived to find the gates locked. Management wouldn’t answer our repeated calls, so we were left outside. The property had apparently been rented to other guests despite our confirmed reservation, and several other people were stranded there too, without help or an explanation. After we complained to Goibibo, calls from an unknown number began. The callers pressured us to accept a refund and leave, and threatened us. The whole experience showed a shocking lack of basic courtesy, accountability, and professionalism. This was serious mismanagement and disregard for customers. I strongly advise against booking here.

Other guests were stuck outside the gate for the same reason we were. We’d booked through Goibibo a week ahead and paid ₹20,000 in advance, but the gates were locked when we arrived and nobody answered my calls. After I filed a complaint with Goibibo, someone calling from a random number threatened me and told me to take a refund and leave because they’d rented the place to other guests. The worst experience in Chennai. Please don’t book here.

After a long journey, I reached the property exhausted and got no response from the owner. I ended up struggling to book a nearby hotel late that night. The service was horrible. Don’t book here, they won’t answer calls and you could be left waiting at the gate forever.

I booked for February 26-28, 2026, then was told the hotel had already closed. I’ve paid, so I’m worried about getting my money back. This hotel doesn’t exist.
