We stayed for a month in a 2BHK at Aishwaryam, and the balcony, lift, and car parking were all great to have. The place is close to the main road, which made arranging food and cabs convenient. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, with a sofa, TV, table, chairs, bed, AC, induction stove, fridge, and washing machine. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms regularly, and the staff were welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout. We had some logistical issues at first, but they listened politely to our questions and helped resolve them one by one. Thanks to Aishwaryam for making it a lovely family stay. We’d recommend this apartment for families. Thanks, team!

We rented all six 2BHK houses for wedding guests in the first week of Jun 2024. The owner, caretakers, and staff were very helpful and polite. The beds and bathrooms were clean, and they even let us hold a small function in the parking area. Good service, and I’d recommend it to anyone needing a stay near Medavakkam. One thing for the owner to consider: power cuts seem frequent in the area, so a backup power supply would be useful. Otherwise, everything was just right.

The apartments are neat, clean, and nicely maintained, with car parking available. It’s one of the best service apartments I’ve found in this area, and I’d recommend it if you want a calm, comfortable stay that feels like home. I’ll stay here again on my next visit.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, a hall, and a kitchen, and the price is very reasonable. This is one of the best service apartments I’ve stayed in. I’d recommend it to friends and relatives looking for somewhere near Medavakkam.
