The rooms are old, though they’re kept in decent shape, and I’ve never had any issues during my stays. Management could put a bit more effort into upkeep. It’s close to arumbakkam metro station, and koyambedu is about seven minutes away.

Arumbakkam metro is nearby and the location is convenient, with restaurants within walking distance. Parking is limited. Some rooms were good, others only average. The AC and geyser were available. It could work for a short refreshment break or a solo stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visit or for families.

The bedsheet was thin and dirty, and smelled as if it hadn't been washed in years. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and traffic noise kept me from sleeping peacefully. I only stayed because I urgently needed a room. The place was very dirty. The rickshaw driver charged 500 from the railway station for the 12 km trip, and the hotel added 100 rupees for GST. I don't know if that charge was correct. Please check prices in the area and compare two or three hotels before booking.

Tiny, unclean rooms, mosquitoes, no blanket, and an AC that didn't work. The rooms were expensive too, and the receptionist was unprofessional. One of the worst stays I've had. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, so please avoid.

The location is great, right next to the Metro station, with connections to the airport and Chennai Central Station. I paid about ₹900 for a single deluxe non-AC room, which was fine for a stay of a couple of hours. The room itself was only just okay. The basic bathroom was clean, but the bedding didn't look like it had been changed in a long time, and there was quite a bit of sand and dust on the floor even after housekeeping cleaned. The ACs didn't seem effective, so I was glad I chose a non-AC room.
