We paid Rs. 1150 per room per night for two rooms for two days through makemytrip. The stay was very comfortable, almost like home. Getting there was easy with google maps, though it would've been difficult otherwise. It's in a residential zone, a five minute walk from perungalathur railway station. Both rooms were on the ground floor near reception. They looked new, were spacious and nicely decorated, and were neat and well maintained. The sheets, pillow covers, blankets and towels were all in very good condition. The toilet was clean, and they provided bath soap, shampoo and hand wash. TV, AC and the water heater worked fine the whole time. The wifi had a few connection issues, but staff fixed them right after we let them know. Everyone was polite and helpful. We liked the complimentary breakfast and the lunch we ordered, although lunch was a bit delayed. One room had a false wall, so sounds from reception, especially the ringing phone, carried into it. The porch light also kept that room lit even after we turned off all the lights. My rating: 4.75/5 👍

I booked a non-ac room online but was given an account room when I arrived. The locality is a bit secluded, though my overall experience was great. I stayed in room 101 for a day, and it was clean, with cooperative staff. When I needed hair oil, which the hotel didn't have, a staff member went and brought his own, even though he didn't have to. While I waited for my taxi after checking out, I saw the workers changing the sheets. The ones we'd used weren't soiled and could have passed as good sheets, but they changed them anyway.

It's down a narrow lane, with limited parking and a steep ramp. The room was very small, though the bathroom was large. Clean enough for the price. Breakfast was spicy North Indian food.

My brother works at a nearby company and stays at Ann residency, so I went to visit. It's very neat, with a pleasant atmosphere, and I really liked the place. The price is fair, and I'd suggest it to people looking for a room there.

The room was comfortable, with hygienic food, hot water and a TV. Staff were polite. It's in a residential area on a narrow street just off the main road, and getting an Uber cab took some time.
