The reception guy advised against paying online, saying the room might not be available, so it seems they may not check online bookings. The place is listed on OYO as Spot On, but there’s no OYO signage anywhere, and it appears under more than one questionable name. I checked in on a Sunday and paid 1.3k for a room that felt worth less than Rs. 800. The interiors were minimal, the toilet quality was poor, and the window opened onto a duct. They also had no bath towels at check-in because they were expecting laundry at 6pm. I’ve stayed at nearby hotels around Rs.800 with better facilities, so I’d avoid this one at that price if you can.

The AC leaked all night and ruined some of my things. I’d booked an AC room, but the manager still asked me to pay extra for it. Then staff started banging on my door at 6 in the morning for money, which is usually after checkout. The staff were pathetic, and the manager didn’t know how to behave. There were no facilities in the room. This was my worst hotel experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Please don’t ruin your trip.

The employees were polite, and they let me check in early without charging extra. It’s also fairly close to the railroad station, which makes it a great place for a stopover.

The staff were helpful and kind, and the room was clean and good. The only problem was that the gezar wasn’t working, so there was no hot water. I had to call reception repeatedly and ask them to bring me a bucket of hot water.
