There seemed to be very little concern for guest comfort, and the stay was unsatisfactory. Staff response was poor and unprofessional. The rooms also lacked properly working AC, shower facilities, and other basic amenities. Overall, a disappointing hotel experience.

It was very convenient having hot water around the clock, and the room was cleaned really well. I liked the room and its AC, and found the price very affordable. The location worked well too, with two metro stations about 1 km away. I had a great stay and would choose this place again if I come to Chennai.

The kitchen had a fridge, microwave, and washing machine, though the fridge switched off whenever we left because room entry used a card slot. For four nights, the suite was fine overall. My daughter, wife, and I shared a room and hall suite, which had enough space for three with a sofa bed in the hall. The queen bed wasn't good quality, while the sofa bed was firm and comfortable. The pillows were bad. The girl at reception looked pleasant but badly needs customer care training, and room service kept calling in the morning to take our breakfast order even after I asked them not to following the first morning. We were from Singapore.

The apartments were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the courteous staff gave good service. Breakfast was the weak point: there wasn't much variety and the quality didn't meet expectations. Better breakfast choices would make the stay better.
