OYO 23566 Flagship Daffodils Nest

Room service was good, but there was no water in the room and no car parking, even though the apps listed parking as available. I booked two nights for 1500/- and stayed only one night. When I asked to leave and get a refund, they said they couldn’t refund me. I didn’t expect this from Oyo. I’ll never book Oyo in Chennai again. Thanks to Oyo for such good service 🙏🙏

The check-in process for our two rooms was a long struggle because the receptionist was poor at communicating. He couldn’t speak English or the local language, and didn’t know Hindi either. One room had a stinging smell, and the AC in the other only made noise without cooling. Both rooms were on the second floor, and all our visitors were senior citizens. We’d booked three rooms, but they refused our request for an alternative room without a logical or convincing reason. The intercom didn’t work, so we couldn’t report the AC problem from the room. Each time, someone had to walk down and climb back up. A PATHETIC experience. On top of all that, the OYO app doesn’t give you the option to write a review of your stay. Don’t book here if you want a peaceful stay.

The place was clean and well maintained, and good to stay in. It’s quite far from the main road, though. Finding an Ola or Uber cab there is difficult and takes time.

The rooms were big and clean, but the AC wasn’t working properly and the washrooms weren’t clean either. I had to cancel the booking.
