FriendlyStay at Madanandapuram

The owner and caretaker were really helpful, and all the facilities were good. Everything we needed was available in the property, which was neat and clean. The room was spacious and clean too. It was a wonderful stay for me, better than a hotel, and I highly recommend it.

Cyclone Michaung made for some rough timing, but Mr Sam did everything he could to look after us from a distance. Sam recommended our neighbour, Mrs Maggie, who cared for us and cooked delicious homely meals, then brought them over through the rain for a small fee. The house and rooms were lovely, very clean, and well looked after.

The location is a little set back from the main road, but Google Maps made it easy to find. Check-in was self service, and the whole stay was great. I’d definitely book again. It was a clean, safe, well-maintained place, and the kind host was helpful. The kitchen had utensils, a blender, and a water heater. They also provided a brush, paste, towel, blankets, and an iron box. There were books on the shelves, a nice extra for passing the time. An affordable place I’d recommend.

The location is a bit tucked in from the main road, but Google Maps routes you there without any trouble. Everything else felt hassle free, including self check-in. The ambience was great, rooms were well maintained, and the kitchen had plenty of utensils. I definitely recommend staying here.
