We had a comfortable stay and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a partial sea view room. The property is beautifully maintained, the location is fantastic, and the beach is clean and sparkling. Don’t miss the sunrise, it made the stay feel even more special. C‑Salt Restaurant by the seaside has a great ambience, and the hardworking team took good care of us. The F&B manager (Krishna) said a new menu is in progress. The current menu felt average, but breakfast more than made up for it, with an excellent spread and very attentive staff. A great place to relax and unwind.

Zuali and Shibinlal were warm and attentive hosts, and their professionalism and care made our lunch more enjoyable. The buffet at Sheraton Grand Chennai had a great variety of delicious dishes, and the ambience was elegant and relaxing. Great food and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa was comfortable and memorable, and every staff member we met was polite, helpful, and professional. The housekeeping team kept the rooms impeccable. Mr. Surya at Guest Reception made check-in smooth and pleasant and helped us get a great room. Chef Jagadeesh and his team carefully prepared dairy-free meals for my wife and handled every request with care. Ms. Yemti was warm, attentive, and proactive with us and our kids. We really appreciate the whole team’s effort and look forward to coming back.

High tea by the beach was the best part of our stay. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. We booked a sea view room with breakfast and dinner and loved the buffet menu. I’d choose a room with food included. This is my fourth visit to Sheraton, and I’ll definitely be back for the service. I highly recommend it, 10/10 :)

The location is good, not far from the new amusement park, and the service was attentive. Breakfast was about a 4 out of 5. The lobby is nice, but the hotel feels a bit dated and doesn’t quite seem to deserve its very high rating.
