Completely disappointed. The reception staff didn’t explain checkout properly, then charged us 1800 for just a few minutes over and argued with us. The rooms were dirty too, and they spoke rudely.

He lied about both the price and checkout time. When he realized I wasn’t Tamil, he started speaking roughly to me. This was my first experience in Chennai, and it was the worst. I’d suggest staying somewhere else, there are plenty of better options.

The sheets, bedspread, and pillow were awful, covered in lipstick and other fluid stains. Disgusting to sleep on. It was too late to book another hotel, so I slept on my own bedsheet. The floor hadn’t been swept and was full of hair. I had no complaints about the restroom. Hotel management, you charge people for staying here, so please be accountable for every rupee and wash the sheets and towels. I chose this place after seeing its Google review. In any 2/3 star hotel, check the room for cleanliness before paying. Let me know if this review helped.
