The complimentary airport transfer was a distinctive perk, and I think both local and international guests will appreciate it. I hope the hotel keeps protecting strengths like that instead of cutting costs that would compromise them. At Radisson Blu GRT Hotel Chennai, the food was superb. I especially enjoyed the thoughtfully chosen authentic village recipes, which felt refreshing and memorable. The five-star hotel also delivered excellent service at the Titanium Tribe Lounge. Praveen was particularly attentive during Happy Hour 🍻 and made sure we had what we needed. We had a wonderful stay.

We’d skipped lunch and were extremely hungry after a long day of travel, so the meal Chef Joel and his team made was especially welcome. It was fully vegan, thoughtfully put together, delicious, and felt like a complete feast rather than just a couple of dishes. Every item was comforting and full of flavor, clearly made with care. My family and I stopped at the Radisson around 5 pm before our connecting flight, even though the restaurant was technically closed. The staff still welcomed us and looked after us. Huge thanks to Chef Joel and the team for being flexible, kind, and warm. They turned an exhausting travel day into a memorable one.

Haban from the restaurant looked after us with kindness and efficiency. His courteous, attentive service made dining at Radisson Blu especially enjoyable. I’m also grateful to the Service Manager, whose proactive attention and genuine care made me feel valued and ensured all the details were handled smoothly. From the moment I arrived at Radisson Blu Chennai, the staff’s warmth and professionalism made the stay memorable. The room’s central console made it easy and convenient to control features and request services. Lounge access, food quality, and amenities were outstanding, and the professional, well-trained staff made the stay comfortable and memorable. We were in Room No. 407, and the experience was a pleasant surprise, better than we expected. We check out tomorrow, 03.02.2026, and can already say the stay has been amazing. Highly recommended, and we’d be happy to return.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel felt pleasant and welcoming. Everything was well managed, and the staff were courteous and attentive throughout. We had an excellent, enjoyable stay. A special thanks to Espri Sanket Kumar from Sales, an amazing person to meet. We also appreciate San Rajesh, the Restaurant Manager, Andrew Sir, Service Consultant, and Ishika Kumar Shawn from F&B Subhash singh for their exceptional support and hospitality.
