The room was on the ground floor, and noise came through because there wasn’t enough soundproofing. Dinner also arrived later than expected, though it tasted good once it got to me. Breakfast was bland, with both taste and variety needing work. I stayed at Kaira Park Chennai for two days, checking in on the 4th and leaving on the 6th. The room was clean, the linen fresh, and housekeeping kept things in good shape. Reception staff were polite, very helpful, and quick with my questions. The property has a welcoming feel and a solid service foundation. With improvements in those areas, especially restaurant staff training, it could have the potential to be categorized as a star hotel. Despite the issues, I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back if they’re addressed.

For the rates, the rooms are clean and adequate, and the bathroom fittings and wardrobes are kept in good condition. Staff are helpful, and room service is available. It’s a budget-friendly hotel in Chennai’s Alwarpet area. There’s only limited parking in front. ♿️❌

It’s a decent, green and quiet neighbourhood, with Mylapore nearby and Kapaleeswarar Temple about a 20-minute walk away. I came for a short temple visit and found the stay comfortable. The management kindly upgraded my superior room to a premium one with a separate TV hall. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and little outside noise came through, so I slept well. The bathroom was clean and the place well maintained. Staff were kind and helpful, and check-in and checkout went smoothly.

I’d appreciate some flexibility with checkout, given that check-in starts at 2 pm. I hope management will consider that. I stayed at Kaira Park Chennai for a day and had a very good experience overall. My room was clean and housekeeping looked after it well. The linen had a few stains, but reception responded quickly when I asked, and a staff member changed it right away. Reception were polite, helpful, and quick to answer questions.

The main drawback was parking. There’s no dedicated lot, so I had to leave my car by the roadside. I’d rate the stay 4/5 because of that. I had been looking for a supreme/superior room but was upgraded to premium. It was bright, neat, and well maintained, and the sofa and TV were good. I stayed for one day. Apart from the parking, it’s a fantastic place.
