Nothing worked properly in the room. The AC leaked onto the bed, the bathroom buckets and mug were filthy, and there were cockroaches everywhere. The bedding was really dirty too, and the staff were no help. I spent the night without sleeping. Avoid this place.

We only booked this at the last minute because of a medical emergency, and I really wouldn’t recommend it. The AC leaked in the first room and didn’t work; in the other room, the AC was also a problem in 42 degree heat. The toiletries had run out and weren’t in stock. If you have time, do your research and choose a good Oyo room that’s worth the money.

A good option for families visiting Chennai. They can arrange an air conditioned room with cooking facilities and transport for sightseeing. The rates are normal compared with three or five star hotels. It’s close to schools and big hospitals, and I’ll check with the owner about what other facilities are available. Bye.

We came with an infant and a toddler for what was meant to be a 10 day stay. After the experience, I cut it down to just one day. The customer service was the worst. Wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel itself is clean and well kept, and the rooms are comfortable. Service, though, was very poor. Lunch and tiffin didn’t come on time, and we were left hungry.
