BM Gardenia

Room service is very poor, and there's no restaurant. The hotel depends entirely on the marriage hall opposite. They won't give extra time to vacate because guests for the next marriage are waiting after booking that hall. There's not even a small shop nearby for basic things like toiletries. I wouldn't call this a hotel, it's basically a service apartment for the marriage hall across the way.

After attending a marriage at srivaari mahal, I spent one night at BM Gardenia. Mr. Ravichandran, the supervisor, looked after every visitor and gave us excellent service. He was helpful, decent, and very kind. It was a lovely stay, and I’m grateful for all his care.

The room was clean and spacious, but the basics were missing: no kettle, water, tea, coffee, or sugar, despite the price being nearly 4K. Worse, the AC didn’t work all night. I tried calling reception, but the phone wasn’t working and nobody answered. I spent the whole night in the Chennai heat. That’s why I’m giving it two stars.

Mr.Ravichandran made our wedding stay comfortable and memorable. He was polite, attentive, and ready to help, from arranging rooms to guiding us through the busy marriage schedule and checking that we were comfortable. Everything went smoothly from check-in onward. We really appreciated his friendly, professional support throughout the stay.
