Check-in was the worst I've experienced, with a terrible reception, unclean rooms, and no proper maintenance. Never book a stay here.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned, and the room was so pathetic and smelly that we couldn't stand it. They hadn't even changed the blankets or pillow covers. We left after just 10 minutes, but neither the hotel nor OYO gave us a refund. I suggest not booking here.

My friend booked the whole hotel for out-of-town guests at her daughter's wedding because it was near the wedding hall. My room and my friends' rooms all smelled of urine. The toilet was dirty, and the plastic seat on the closet was loose. I nearly fell on the first day, then stayed careful afterward. I've never stayed in such a bad, dirty hotel. I can't call it a hotel, and the star I gave was a mistake. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The complimentary breakfast was better than I expected, and the place felt absolutely safe and clean. It's run by a very decent, cooperative Kerala family and is couple friendly. Deluxe rooms are a little expensive, but with hefty oyo discounts they're worth considering. The toilets could be better, though. All in all, a good stay.

The rooms themselves are good, but the tap water is very salty and the breakfast wasn't what I expected. Even for a five-day booking, they only give you one half litre bottle of mineral water as a free extra.
