We'd booked three rooms through OYO for about 1750 total and had already told the owner we'd arrive at 11 p.m. I was with my family, seven people altogether. When we got there, the hotel refused to honor the booking and wanted 2500 per room. I called OYO customer care, and after an hour of waiting they finally agreed to give us three rooms for 2000. It was almost midnight by then. They take advantage of the late hour, when you can't go elsewhere, and pressure you to pay their price. Don't trust them. I urge OYO to cancel their membership.

We arrived at 11:30 p.m. with prepaid bookings, but they denied their Oyo tie-up and demanded 1500 per room. They didn't even give us water. A terrible experience.

Bad experience. They didn't provide towels, and some of the taps and geysers weren't working properly.
