The location is the main plus, close to both the railway station and bus stand. The breakfast was very limited, with only one or two choices. The TV never worked either. There was just one socket, so we could plug in the TV or the set top box, but not both. The service guy kept saying it was a network problem across all the rooms and that there was nothing to worry about.

Getting basic things done here was a struggle, from room cleaning on time to getting tea or coffee delivered, and even Wi-Fi. The staff didn’t seem eager to help, and a simple cheese or chicken sandwich felt like a luxury because supplies were short. The service felt extremely unprofessional, with an unwelcoming atmosphere throughout. The room and bathroom interiors are old and worn and need replacing ASAP. I strongly recommend against staying here.

It’s very convenient for both the airport and Railway Station, and the rates are reasonable. The food is excellent, and the rooms are well appointed with modern amenities. This is one of Ranchi’s older, more elite hotels, with well mannered staff and management. The owners have years of hotel business experience.

I stayed for 15 nights, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The rooms were average, and breakfast wasn’t up to the mark. Some staff were polite, but service was badly managed overall. Room service was irritating, and the night service was especially terrible and unacceptable.
