The location is good, but don’t expect even average hospitality. The staff were extremely impolite, unprofessional, and irresponsible. Since I got a low price, they acted weird and annoying, repeatedly saying, “sir, your room price is too low.” They even refused to give me the Wi-Fi password less than an hour before check-in, citing hotel policies. It was a very bad experience.

I had a terrible night here. Water dripped from the AC onto the floor, and there was no switch to turn on the light. When I tried to turn it on, I got an electric shock. Young men and women, especially North Indians, talked loudly through the night, which made it very uncomfortable. OYO management was poor. Avoid this hotel if you want a decent stay.

This is a terrible place for families or kids. Drunk people were hanging around the hotel premises at all hours, with a bar attached and people loitering from noon to midnight. The receptionist was rude and acted like giving a room was a favor. There was often no water, and when it came on the taps leaked; the toilet flush didn’t work, and the room smelled of cigarettes. OYO has much better options in the same T Nagar area, so it’s best to avoid this one.

The rooms are spacious and feel homely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. From outside, the place looks good, with a restaurant at the front. But there’s no hot water unless you call reception, and then staff bring a coil heater on a wooden stick to heat a bucket. When you turn on the taps, the water is green and smells like sewage. The Wi-Fi barely exists. For what you pay, I’d find somewhere better than Kences Inn. I was very disappointed with OYO for listing a place without hot water, Wi-Fi, or clean running water.
