Fab Hotel Rithikha Inn

The staff were pleasant and their service was good. Breakfast was a balanced buffet, and I found the food easy to eat. But the room felt small and was in bad shape when we walked in. The bedspread was dirty, the split AC didn’t work, and the restroom hadn’t been cleaned. We stayed last week, and the property has more than 20 standard rooms.

The front office staff and manager were rude, with no empathy or real effort to sort things out. I told them I had knee pain and was with a small baby, but they still put us on the third floor while the lift was out of service. The room AC wasn’t working either. I found the service completely unacceptable and wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this hotel. A very disappointing stay at Treboo Hotel.

The reception team were professional and helpful, and the lift worked. Rooms looked clean and presentable when we arrived, and the DLF Back Gate is only 1.2km away, which is useful if you need somewhere to sleep nearby. My rating is 2.5/5. The bedding was a problem. Linens and towels weren’t consistently clean, and I brought my own after the laundry caused skin irritation. The mattresses need deep cleaning or replacing. AC units had a lot of dust, which could bother people with respiratory sensitivities. Tea and coffee sachets were there, but no kettle. Bathrooms often seemed to need another clean after check-in. Food quality has dropped a lot, and buffet service was poorly managed. We often had to ask for refills and wait a long time. Housekeeping and service staff also seemed distracted, gathering in groups and playing loud media on their phones in guest areas. Maintenance and service quality have declined.

The location worked perfectly for me, and I was comfortable in the room. The staff were really helpful, and I’d recommend staying here. When I call them, they answer quickly and respond well.
