The staff were kind and polite, and the food was good. They can provide breakfast, lunch, or dinner as needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I’d give it four stars.

The room felt spacious and luxurious, and the food choices were excellent. We were welcomed warmly as soon as we arrived, which made for an incredible stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

We booked three rooms in the service apartment for four days, but the AC rooms that had been promised weren’t available when we arrived. Management wanted us to take substandard rooms without AC and with awful toilets, and asked why we couldn’t put up with it for a day even though we’d paid for AC rooms. It was late, and we had children and family with us, so we reluctantly stayed. The next day, they still wouldn’t provide AC rooms or refund the full amount. They wanted us to manage for another day. When we challenged them, the property owner verbally abused the women in our group and didn’t apologize for the behavior or service. Instead, he shouted, “GET OUT OF MY PROPERTY.” We have proof of what happened.

The service was awful, and the staff were rude. I booked at one price through Oyo, but they demanded almost twice as much and told us to get out if we wouldn’t pay. I’m glad I’d only paid an advance through Oyo, though they still kept pressing me for 1000. There was shouting and fighting all the time, and I was trembling while writing this. I felt there was no safety, and the whole experience was unprofessional. Don’t stay here.
